We met Janelle when we were wanting to moonshot a property that was way outta our league. So we wanted to lowball. Knowing that we were paddling up stream, she helped us put in a lowball offer that the sellers rejected (no surprise). The property got 12 looks and we were one of the lowest. BUT... the property also fell out of escrow (twice). So Janelle helped us calibrate our offer to be exactly between the previous lowball and the previous accepted offer. Offer accepted! Her local area expertise brought faith to our investors and now we just have to get this puppy fixed up and back on the market.
